Recovery Skills Training

Recovery is about working with what you cannot change in order to get life on track. These unique skills have to be learned by experience. It is learning by doing, and is the last resort. Some skills are generic to Recovery, and some specific to the problem situation. Recovering from Anxiety is different to Alcohol for example. 

Practice with Feedback

Learning new skills mainly requires practice. The training happens much better with accurate feedback. Precise, individualised help is delivered online through messaging. You will work with people who have walked the same path before. They know the ropes.
